Dear Parent,
Twin Valley Youth Hockey is pleased to offer the opportunity for you and your child to receive photographs of their hockey experience.
Team and individual pictures will be offered on Saturday, November 15th. Purchase of these photographs is optional.
If you will be purchasing pictures, trading cards, etc., please fill out the order form that accompanies this letter and enclose payment.
Checks are to be made payable to Flash Photo.

If you will not be purchasing photos, we ask that your child participate anyway so they appear in team photos.
